Welcome to LeatherFixUp. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the terms below.

1. Services

LeatherFixUp provides mobile leather repair and restoration services.
Work may be performed at the customer’s location or by pickup/drop-off if arranged.

2. Estimates & Appointments

• Estimates may require photos or an in-person inspection.
  
  

• Final pricing may vary based on condition & materials.
  
  

• Appointments are confirmed upon communication with our team.
  
  

3. Payments

We accept:

✔ Credit & debit cards
✔ Contactless payments
✔ Cash

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

4. Quality & Limitations

We strive for high-quality results. However:

• Leather repair/restoration results vary based on age, condition, and previous repairs
  
  

• Exact color match can be extremely close, but 100% factory perfection cannot be guaranteed
  
  

• Warranty does not cover misuse, spills, pets, or wear after repair
  
  

Repairs performed are intended to extend the life of your item — they do not make it brand-new unless full reupholstery is done.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please notify us 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule.
Missed appointments may incur a service call fee.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Damage caused by existing structural issues or weakened materials
  
  

• Damage after service due to customer use, environment, or negligence
  
  

• Loss of personal items left in furniture or vehicles
  
  

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.

7. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Copy content or photos without permission
  
  

• Attempt to harm, reverse-engineer, or misuse the website
  
  

8. Intellectual Property
